Rich Cat is a product of Disrupttica LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rich Cat, including our website, apps, beta features, and related services.

1. Who we are

Disrupttica LLC operates Rich Cat from 200 East Las Olas Boulevard, 14th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Legal notices may be sent to legal@disruptica.com.

2. What Rich Cat is

Rich Cat is a digital product for organizing financial information, planning, tracking goals, reviewing activity, and supporting better decisions around money, wellbeing, and lifestyle. Rich Cat provides educational tools, planning support, and software workflows. Rich Cat does not provide legal, tax, medical, therapy, accounting, or investment advisory services.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Rich Cat. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity on your account, and for ensuring any data you upload or connect is data you are authorized to use.

4. Beta product terms

Some or all of Rich Cat may be offered as beta software. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or produce imperfect outputs. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue beta access at any time. You agree to use reasonable judgment and not rely exclusively on beta outputs for important decisions.

5. Your data and connected services

You may choose to enter data manually or connect third-party services. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you provide. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Rich Cat is not responsible for their availability or behavior.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Rich Cat to break the law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, or misuse personal or financial data. You may not resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.

7. AI and automated features

Rich Cat may use AI to summarize information, suggest categories, recommend actions, or help create goals, tasks, budgets, and other records. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or overly broad. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming actions before relying on them.

8. Intellectual property

Rich Cat, including its software, branding, design, text, and service features, is owned by Disrupttica LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you.

9. Disclaimers

Rich Cat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation or outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disrupttica LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of Rich Cat.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being misused, or continued operation creates legal, security, or operational risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where other law applies by requirement.
