Terms and Conditions
Effective date: March 31, 2026
These terms are written for Rich Cat but aligned with Disrupttica’s broader legal posture for its software products, especially around beta software, AI-assisted features, limitations of liability, and privacy-aware household collaboration.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rich Cat, including our website, mobile or web app experiences, beta features, AI features, uploads, connected account workflows, and related services operated by Disrupttica LLC.
By accessing or using Rich Cat, you agree to these terms. If you use Rich Cat on behalf of another person, household, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. Who we are
Rich Cat is a Disrupttica LLC product.
Disrupttica LLC, 200 East Las Olas Boulevard, 14th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Legal questions may be sent to legal@disruptica.com.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Rich Cat. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, devices, and connected sessions, and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration and profile information and to promptly update it when it changes.
4. What Rich Cat is and is not
Rich Cat is software for organizing financial information, planning, reviewing spending, tracking goals, managing tasks, and generating educational insights about wealth, health, and life operations.
Rich Cat is not a bank, broker-dealer, lender, tax preparer, accounting firm, law firm, fiduciary, therapist, doctor, or investment adviser. Nothing in the service is legal, tax, accounting, medical, therapeutic, or investment advice.
5. Beta and evolving product terms
Some or all of Rich Cat may be offered in beta. Beta features may change, be interrupted, produce incomplete or inaccurate results, or be removed entirely.
You agree to use reasonable judgment and not rely exclusively on beta features or AI outputs for high-impact personal, financial, legal, medical, or life decisions.
6. Your content and connected data
You may provide data manually, upload files, or connect third-party services such as financial institutions and infrastructure providers. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority to provide, upload, connect, or share that data.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Disrupttica a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Rich Cat.
7. Privacy, shared households, and visibility
Rich Cat supports shared and private household workflows. We design the product to respect those visibility controls, but you remain responsible for choosing the privacy settings that fit your situation and reviewing what is shared in your household.
Your use of Rich Cat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Rich Cat to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, scrape the service at scale, interfere with the service, abuse AI features, or misuse household or third-party data.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from Rich Cat except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
9. AI and automation features
Rich Cat may use AI and automation to summarize records, create budgets or goals, suggest categories, draft tasks, recommend next steps, or assist with workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or overconfident.
You are responsible for human review and confirmation before acting on AI-generated content, recommendations, or proposed changes.
10. Third-party services
Rich Cat may integrate with third-party services, including infrastructure, storage, analytics, email, AI, and financial data providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent conduct, outages, or data quality.
We may suspend or limit integrations at any time when operational, security, legal, or provider-related concerns make that necessary.
11. Intellectual property and feedback
Rich Cat, its software, branding, design, workflows, text, and service features are owned by Disrupttica LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being misused, legal or security risk exists, or continued access would harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using Rich Cat at any time.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Cat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, complete data synchronization, merchant classification correctness, or that the service will meet every expectation or goal.
Nothing in Rich Cat should be interpreted as a promise of financial independence, wealth outcomes, health outcomes, productivity gains, or life results.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disrupttica LLC and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising out of or related to Rich Cat or these terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disrupttica’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Rich Cat or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Disrupttica LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of Rich Cat, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Export and sanctions compliance
You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer Rich Cat except as permitted by applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to Rich Cat are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where other law is required to apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Rich Cat will be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, D.C. administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable commercial arbitration rules, except that either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or platform security.
You and Disrupttica agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. No class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action is permitted to the maximum extent allowed by law.
18. General terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Waiver, and any other written agreement you enter into with Disrupttica regarding Rich Cat, form the entire agreement relating to the service.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Disrupttica may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
