Waiver and Important Disclosures

Back home

Effective date: March 29, 2026

This waiver explains important limits around the use of Rich Cat and clarifies what the product does and does not provide.

1. No financial, legal, medical, or tax advice

Rich Cat provides software tools, educational content, planning workflows, organization features, and AI-assisted support. Rich Cat does not provide financial advice, investment advice, fiduciary services, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, medical advice, therapy, or spiritual counseling.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your own data, confirming important actions, and deciding whether information or recommendations are appropriate for your situation. You should consult qualified professionals where needed.

3. AI limitations

Rich Cat may use AI to summarize activity, generate labels, suggest categories, create planning drafts, or highlight possible next actions. AI can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or overly confident. Do not rely on AI output alone for significant financial, legal, tax, medical, or life decisions.

4. Health and lifestyle framing

Rich Cat may describe freedom through wealth, health, and enjoying life. That framing is philosophical and motivational. It is not a promise of outcomes, diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.

5. Beta risk acknowledgment

If you use Rich Cat during beta, you acknowledge that the product may change quickly, may contain bugs, and may not yet perform reliably in every situation. You accept those risks when choosing to use it.

6. Third-party data and integrations

Rich Cat may depend on third-party integrations or uploaded data. We do not control third-party institutions, providers, or networks and cannot guarantee completeness, availability, or accuracy from those sources.
