Waiver and Important Disclosures

This waiver is designed to work together with Rich Cat’s Terms and Privacy Policy and is aligned with Disrupttica’s broader AI, beta, and non-advisory disclosure posture.

1. No professional advice

Rich Cat provides software tools, educational content, organizational workflows, planning support, and AI-assisted product features. Rich Cat does not provide financial advice, investment advice, fiduciary services, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or spiritual counseling.

Any information, chart, recommendation, category, task, goal, expense, budget, or summary shown in Rich Cat is informational and operational only.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your own data, validating outputs, checking connected records, and deciding whether any suggested action or interpretation is appropriate for your circumstances.

If you need professional guidance, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

3. AI limitations and human review

Rich Cat may use AI to summarize activity, suggest categories, draft goals or tasks, detect recurring expenses, create reports, or recommend next actions. AI can be wrong, incomplete, stale, biased, or overly confident.

You should not rely on AI outputs alone for high-impact decisions. Human review and confirmation are required before acting on AI-generated recommendations or content.

4. Beta risk acknowledgment

If you use Rich Cat during beta, you acknowledge that parts of the product may change quickly, may not be fully reliable, may be incomplete, and may experience interruptions, bugs, or unexpected behavior.

5. Third-party and connected-data risk

Rich Cat may depend on information from third-party providers, connected institutions, uploaded statements, OCR pipelines, or user-entered data. We do not guarantee completeness, availability, timing, or accuracy from those sources.

6. Wealth, health, and life framing

Rich Cat may describe freedom through wealth, health, and enjoying life. That framing is philosophical, motivational, and product-oriented. It is not a guarantee of outcomes or a representation that using Rich Cat will improve financial, medical, mental, physical, or spiritual results.

7. Use in regulated or high-impact contexts

Rich Cat is not represented as a substitute for professional systems, regulated workflows, compliance tools, or expert advice unless expressly stated in a separate signed written agreement.
